This is a blog about my experience as a student of Chef Robert Reynolds in the fall of 2007. For 8 weeks I immersed myself daily with my fellow students in the world of food. We cooked on this gorgeous stove from France, under an enormous skylight in Robert’s Chef Studio in Portland, Oregon.
When I am not in the kitchen, I make jewelry, take pictures, promote events, eat chocolate and generally try to stay out of danger.
